CLEVELAND, OHIO- Cleveland Force Vice President and Assistant General Manager Eric Dietrich announced today that the team has partnered with Premier Sport Conditioning (PSC) to serve as the official strength and conditioning coordinators. PSC is located in Twinsburg, Ohio.
"We are very please to partner with PSC. Our goal is to be the top conditioned and hardest working team in the Major Indoor Soccer League. PSC is going to challenge our team and coaching staff to work hard than ever before. We are excited at the experience and passion that PSC will bring to our training sessions throughout the season," commented Dietrich.
Premier Sport Conditioning was formed out of the passion by Dirk Peterson, CSCS and Mike Caza, CSCS for the development of the complete athlete of any age. To be an educationally based, passion driven entity for the betterment of others.
This is to be achieved by utilization of appropriately design performance enhancement programs, presentation of our own Continuing Education Seminars, as well as partnering with Sports Medicine Professionals in the presentation of their CES. In addition we will be out in the community and schools to educate coaches and athletes on Performance Enhancement training. Our goal is to not usurp, but come along side coaches to help them develop the best programs possible.
Finally, we want to give the athletes and coaches the mental tools to develop and compete in not only the world of sport, but more importantly life. As many studies show your ability to perform a skill is over 90% dependent on your attitude and self perception within the environment your perform. We will incorporate the 9 essential building blocks of the complete athlete to give the foundation for coaches and athletes to take the next steps in their performance.
"At PSC, our mission is to fuel each athletes passion for improved performance by providing the proper physical, emotional, psychological and character building guidance in a highly energized training environment," stated Peterson.
