CLEVELAND, OHIO-Cleveland Force Vice President and Assistant General Manager Eric Dietrich today announced that the team has hired Jennifer Tserng from Toledo as the new Cleveland Force Energy Dance Team Coach and Coordinator.

"We are very pleased to have Jennifer as our new coach. Her years of experience with dance teams in the NBA will help us elevate the professionalism of the team right away. Already in the first week, she has proven what a valuable asset she is to our organization," commented Dietrich.

Jennifer will combine her passion, dedication and originality with the ability and looks of the dancers to create energy and rouse fans in the stands.

Jennifer, a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, grew up studying jazz, ballet, tap, pointe, lyrical, and hip-hop dance at a studio in North Royalton. She spent three years in college on the RedHawk's Dance Team and even began choreographing routines and sideline cheers for home games. Jennifer has already worked with some of the industry's top choreographers including Jon Peters, Brian Friedman and Tony Gonzalez to gain the experience and organization necessary as a dance team coordinator.

More recently, Jennifer has been a part of the Bally Total Fitness Elite Performance Team and the Urban Funk Dance Troupe. She also spent the 2002 and 2003 seasons with the Detroit Pistons Dance Team and was a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers Dance Team in 1999 and 2004.

Jennifer also has a lot of experience working with kids. She has instructed dance and gymnastics classes to children from the ages of five and up to 17. This experience is valuable being that half of the fans that attend Force games are children within this age range. Some of the activities planned for Jennifer and the Energy Dance Team during games are meet and greets and dancing with the fans.
