
Force Forward Leading the Way For Syracuse

CLEVELAND, OHIO â Force forward Chris Dore is making the most out of his off-season as he and the Syracuse Salty Dogs are off to a 3-1-2 start and currently second in the A-League Eastern Division.
Dore, who is in his first season with the Salty Dogs, currently leads the team in scoring and assists with nine points and five assists. Chris is also among the A-League leaders as he is tied for first in points and is second in assists. Dore is in his second season in the A-League and has notched five goals and has added six assists.
Chris made his Syracuse debut a memorable one as he scored two goals and added two assists in a 4-1 victory over the Puerto Rico Islanders. Dore has joined Force teammate Ryan Hall and Cleveland's first round draft pick Tim O'Neill. Hall, a second-year defender with Syracuse, has appeared in six games while O'Neill, who is in his first season out of St. John's University, has appeared in six games and has notched an assist.
Dore, an All-American out of Bowling Green State University and Vermilion resident, started his Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) career off with six goals and three assists for a total of nine points in 24 games.
Dore and the Salty Dogs will next travel to St. Paul, Minnesota to take on the defending Western Division Champion Minnesota Thunder on Saturday, June 5. The game is schedule to begin at 7:00 p.m.
