TODAY'S GAME: Game two of a three-game series against the Fort Myers Miracle (MIN) from Hammond Stadium (0-1)...Game six of a seven-game road trip against the Charlotte Stone Crabs and the Miracle (MIN) (0-5)...Florida is coming off a four-game series sweep to the Stone Crabs at Charlotte Sports Park...Second of three series (11 games) against the Minnesota Twins' affiliate, with seven matchups taking place in Fort Myers...The Atlanta Braves' affiliate dropped a four-game set at Hammond from April 9-12.

TODAY'S STARTING PITCHER: 23-year-old Walter Borkovich makes his first career start in game two of the three-game series against the Fort Myers Miracle on Saturday night...The Michigan State Product made 28 appearances with the Rome Braves (A-) before being called up to Florida on Aug. 1...In 47.2 innings, the right-hander allowed 15 runs - 11 earned - on 47 hits, 13 walks and 34 strikeouts...The 6-foot-5 hurler last stepped on the mound on July 30 against the Greensboro Grasshoppers, allowing a run on two hits across two frames...Saturday will be Borkovich's first appearance against the Miracle.

EARLY LEAD SLIPS AWAY IN LOSS TO MIRACLE: The Florida Fire Frogs put a run up on the board in the opening frame, but immediately surrendered the lead by allowing two runs in the bottom half of the inning en route to a 7-1 loss to open up a three-game weekend set against the Fort Myers Miracle. The loss extended the Fire Frogs' losing streak to a team-record of nine.

Drew Waters picked up his first hit at the High-A level with an infield single to start the night, and moved up to third on an errant pickoff throw by Brusdar Graterol. Two batters later, Braxton Davidson drove the runner home with an RBI single to right for the 1-0 advantage.

LUCKY NUMBER SEVEN: Riley Delgado singled with two outs in the sixth inning to extend his hitting streak to seven games...During that stretch, the shortstop is batting .346 (9-for-26)...The 23-year-old's season-long streak is nine games, set back June 24 through July 2...Over that span, the Middle Tennessee State product hit .459 (17-for-37).

BUILDING THE PIPELINE: MLB Pipeline revealed its updated prospect rankings, and nine Atlanta Braves farmhands cracked the top-100...Of the nine, seven either currenlty played, or have previously played for the Fire Frogs: Kyle Wright (25), Ian Anderson (40), Austin Riley (44), Cristian Pache (58), Luiz Gohara (63), Touki Toussaint (78), and Drew Waters (100).
