
Flash Waive Defender Chelsea Stewart

ELMA, N.Y. (Wednesday, July 22, 2015) - The Western New York Flash has waived defender Chelsea Stewart, it was announced today.
Stewart, 25, made three appearances with the Flash for a total of 150 minutes and registered three shots. A dual-citizen of both Canada and the USA, Stewart was signed by the Flash at the beginning of the 2015 season and is currently competing in the Pan Am Games with Canada.
The Flash return to action at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday evening when Carli Lloyd and the Houston Dash come to Sahlen's Stadium. Tickets for the game are available at wnyflash.com or by calling (716) 655-PLAY or (585) 454-KICK.
