Fisher Cats Set Official Opening Day Roster

New Hampshire Fisher Cats News Release


MANCHESTER, N.H. - The New Hampshire Fisher Cats, Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, set their official roster for the start of the 2015 Eastern League season today. In order to get the roster to the league maximum 25 players, RHP Arik Sikula was placed on the disabled list. Sikula is one of four players who will begin the year on the DL.

The 25 active players include 12 pitchers, 2 catchers, 7 infielders, and 4 outfielders.

The Fisher Cats are scheduled to begin the 2015 season tonight at 6:35 p.m. against the New Britain Rock Cats (Colorado Rockies). The game features a magnet schedule giveaway for the first 2,500 fans presented by Elliot Orthopaedics. Rock 101 DJ Furious will entertain fans in the Samuel Adams Bar & Grill before the game as the starter for the Fisher Cats' new Thursday Night Rock 101 DJ series.
