(Manchester)- Right hander Kip Bouknight scattered four hits over six innings, allowing just 1 earned run, as the Harrisburg Senators topped the New Hampshire Fisher Cats 2-1 Saturday afternoon at MerchantsAuto.com Stadium.

Bouknight, who pitched briefly for the Fisher Cats in 2004, walked 1 and struck out 4 to improve to 3-3. Roy Corcoran earned his league-leading 14th save, working a scoreless ninth.

Harrisburg (25-23) scored its two runs against New Hampshire starter and loser Mike MacDonald (4-3) in the first inning. RF Jesus Feliciano, SS Melvin Dorta and 3B Kory Casto had consecutive singles to start the game. Feliciano scored on a fielders choice by Frank Diaz. Dorta scored the second run on a single by designated hitter Josh Whitesell (2-for-3, RBI).

New Hampshire (18-28) scored its only run in the sixth. 3B Brad Hassey extended his season-high hitting streak to nine games with a lead off single and scored on a double by CF Tony Miller (2-for-4).
