SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake Bees begin Pacific Coast League interconference play on Tuesday as they host the Round Rock Express (Triple-A Texas Rangers) and New Orleans Baby Cakes (Triple-A Miami Marlins) for the first time since 2016. Starting on Tuesday first pitch each night moves back to 7:05 p.m. for night games except on fireworks nights. Below is an overview of the game times, activities and community nights happening at the ballpark.
Tuesday, June 5 vs. Round Rock Express, 7:05 p.m.
Taco Tuesday with $2 tacos.
Peanut Free game presented by AUVI-Q.
Wednesday, June 6 vs. Round Rock Express, 7:05 p.m.
Cyprus Credit Union Dollar Dog Night.
Thursday, June 7 vs. Round Rock Express, 12:05 p.m.
Senior Day at the Ballpark. Anyone 62 and over or 2018 college and high school graduates can receive two free tickets at the Smith's Ballpark box office by presenting their valid ID.
Coors Light Thirsty Thursday with $3 drinks.
Lunch at the ballpark offer. $10 for a hot dog and game ticket or $15 for a pulled pork sandwich and ticket at www.slbees.com.
Friday, June 8 vs. New Orleans Baby Cakes, 7:05 p.m.
Game Show Night.
Tributes and games throughout the night paying homage to classic Game Shows.
Postgame kids run presented by Bees Kids Club.
Saturday, June 9 vs. New Orleans Baby Cakes, 6:35 p.m.
Star Wars Night sponsored by Ashley Furniture.
Star Wars characters will be roaming the concourse before and throughout the game.
The Bees will wear special Star Wars uniforms that will be available for purchase on the concourse. All proceeds will go to Sons of Baseball Foundation.
Postgame Fireworks with Star Wars music.
Post-fireworks Kids run presented by Bees Kids Club.
Sunday, June 10 vs. New Orleans Baby Cakes, 1:05 p.m.
The Bees will wear their 'Las Abejas de Salt Lake' jerseys for the MiLB Copa de la Diversion.
Game will include Spanish-read PA announcements following English ones, Latin music and special concession offerings.
Spanish language broadcast on Juan 1600 AM.
Safe in the SUNday presented by University of Utah Health.
Monday, June 11 vs. New Orleans Baby Cakes, 7:05 p.m.
The Bees will wear their 'Las Abejas de Salt Lake' jerseys.
Game will include Spanish-read PA announcements following English ones, Latin music and special concession offerings.
