Firestorm to Attend Junior Bix 7

Moline, IL- The Quad City Flames announced today that Firestorm and crew will be attending Alcoa's Junior Bix 7 on Friday night, July 25th. The event is in its 11th year and features races for kids 12 and under.

The Junior Bix 7 begins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday night at 500 East 3rd Street in downtown Davenport. Firestorm will be entertaining young fans and giving away his trading cards. This weekend's appearance continues Firestorm's busy summer schedule. He and his crew have visited various Quad City events this summer including last week's BMW Ultimate Drive and the Genesis PSP Ballgame Classic.

The Quad City Flames staff and mascot are available for appearances and speaking engagements throughout the summer of 2008. Players will be available for appearances upon their return to the Quad Cities in mid-September.
