Firebirds Single Game Tickets on Sale December 19

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Firebirds announced today that single-game tickets for the 2004 season will be on sale beginning Friday, December 19. The Firebirds open up their 2004 regular season at home against the Columbus (OH) Destroyers on Saturday, February 7 at 7:00pm. Single game tickets are available by calling Ticketmaster at (317) 239-5151, or logging onto www.firebirds.com or www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets can also be purchased by visiting the Conseco Fieldhouse box office or any Ticketmaster location.
The Firebirds are entering their fifteenth season in the Arena Football League and are looking to return to the ArenaBowl championship under the guidance of 17-year NFL quarterback, and first-year head coach, Steve DeBerg. The Firebirds 2004 home schedule features match-ups against division rivals Colorado, Grand Rapids, Detroit and Chicago, along with non-divisional opponents Georgia, Arizona, Carolina and the expansion Destroyers.
Coach DeBerg and his inaugural group of players just concluded the team's first-ever mini-camp. Newly signed free-agents WR/DB Tony Simmons, OS Mike Horacek, QB Kevin Daft and OL/DL Hans Olsen, joined returning Firebirds FB/LB Leroy Thompson, WR/DB Evan Hlavacek and OL/DL Chris Snyder for the three-day event and are now adjourned until the start of training camp on January 12.
Single game ticket prices are $10, $16, $22, $27, $32, $39, $65, and $125. Firebirds' season tickets and mini-plans for the 2004 season are on sale now and can be purchased by calling a Firebirds' ticket representative at 317.472.8080.
