Elmira Jackals News Release

Elmira, NY - The Elmira Jackals want to issue a final reminder to all fans who were in attendance for Guaranteed Win Night, that tonight's (Wednesday) game against Port Huron is the redemption night.

The Jackals did not fulfill their end of the bargain on Sunday, January 21st as they hosted the Quad City Mallards at First Arena. Elmira designated that afternoon game as a Guaranteed Win day, but sadly the Jackals lost to Quad City 3-1. Since they did not pick up the victory, the Jackals fans in attendance will benefit. All fans that went to the Sunday, January 21st Jackals game will receive free tickets to Wednesday, January 31st game against the Port Huron Flags. Face off is scheduled for 7:05 pm.

To receive these free tickets, fans must bring their ticket stubs from the Sunday game against Quad City to the First Arena Box Office, located on the Gray St. side of First Arena. The First Arena Box Office opens at 10:00 am Wednesday and will stay open through the end of the 1st intermission.

"We are looking for a great game from our guys tonight," said Jackals Head Coach Robbie S. Nichols. "We need to use this game to get ourselves back on track and to gain momentum for the remaining contests of this 5-game home stand."

The Jackals are home all week long, beginning Wednesday night against the Port Huron Flags; face off is set for 7:05 pm. Friday February 2nd and Saturday February 3rd the Jackals will host the Bloomington PrairieThunder for the first time in Elmira; both games will begin at 7:35 pm.
