Fighting Falcons Announce 2013-14 Single Game Ticket Pricing, New Season Ticket Benefits

April 12, 2013 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Port Huron Fighting Falcons News Release

PORT HURON, MI - The Port Huron Fighting Falcons today announced pricing information for single game tickets for the 2013-14 regular season. Adult tickets for seats in sections 1-20 will cost just $8, with senior citizens, students and military seats in those sections going for $7. Tickets for ice-level seats in sections 23 and 24 will cost $10, with a $1 discount for seniors, students and military.

Fighting Falcons 2013-14 ticket prices are lower than what over 90% of teams in the North American Hockey League currently offer for reserved seating. More than half of NAHL teams charge $12 or more for tickets comparable to the Fighting Falcons' ice-level seats.

The team is currently working with McMorran Arena and design students and professors at St. Clair County Community College to create a design for VIP suites in section 22. Pricing for VIP suites will be released once designs and details have been finalized.

Season tickets for 2013-14 orders are being taken now at the McMorran Arena Box Office. Season ticket prices for upper level seats are available for the same price as last season. At just $175, upper level season tickets represent a savings of nearly $50 compared to walk-up rates.

Ice level season tickets are available for just $196, a savings of $3 per game.

"We are very excited to be able to offer ticket prices that are among the lowest in the NAHL for next season," said Director of Operations Mike Reed. "We want to give fans an experience worth more than the price of admission, both on and off the ice, and we think that our home games will continue to be the best value in the Blue Water Area for a great night out with friends and family.

"A big focus of ours has been to build value in our season ticket plans, and with our new ticket exchange program, the extra seat savings offer, and especially the referral program, there has never been a better time to be a Fighting Falcons season ticket holder."

The ticket exchange program allows season ticket holders to exchange tickets for games they will not be able to attend for tickets to select home games. Exchanges must be made 48 hours before the game that will be missed.

Season ticket holders will also have the option to purchase additional tickets to any home game at their season-ticket discount. Payment plans are available for all season ticket packages. Fans can pay in full, or make monthly or even bi-weekly payments.

The new season ticket referral program offers Fighting Falcons season ticket holders the opportunity to earn an unlimited amount of cash by turning their friends, family and neighbors into fellow season ticket holders! For each referral of a new full-season ticket sale, season ticket holders will earn $10 cash, with monthly and summer bonuses available.

The first 25 fans to purchase two or more season tickets for 2013-14 will also get a free game-worn Fighting Falcons jersey.

The Fighting Falcons continue their quest for the Robertson Cup when they take on the Soo Eagles in game one of the best-of-five North division semi-finals Friday and Saturday at Pullar Stadium in Sault Ste. Marie. The series will shift to Port Huron for game three Thursday, April 18 at 7 p.m. at McMorran Arena. If necessary, game four would take place at McMorran Arena the following night.
