Port Huron Fighting Falcons News Release
The Port Huron Fighting Falcons of the North American Hockey League and Casey's Pizza are teaming up to offer hockey fans the chance to name the team's mascot.
The contest is open to fans of all ages, and the winner will receive an exciting prize package including four tickets to the Fighting Falcons' home opener on October 1, autographed memorabilia and the opportunity to be on the ice when the mascot is unveiled before the game against the Chicago Hitmen.
"It is very important to us to keep the community involved with the Fighting Falcons in our first season here in Port Huron," said Dave Goetze, the team's Vice President/Business Manager. "Young fans have always enjoyed interacting with the mascots over the years and this is a fun chance for them to give our mascot a name."
Entries are available at Casey's Pizza at 628 Huron Avenue in downtown Port Huron. Fans should submit their entries before the September 17 deadline.
Fighting Falcons season tickets are available now! With packages starting at just $162, this is a great chance to see the future stars of the game at McMorran Arena. For more information, contact the Port Huron Fighting Falcons office at (810) 966-3800.
