Main Camp to be Held Next Week, All-Star Game Next Saturday

The Fresno Monsters will be holding Main Camp, the last pre-season tryout camp, next week at Selland Arena beginning on Monday, August 2nd and concluding with an All-Star Game on Saturday, August 7th at 7:00pm presented by Little Caesars Pizza, the Fresno Bee, KSEE24Rewards.com, and 1430AM ESPN Radio.
The Monsters are expecting over 150 players from around the world to be in attendance for a chance to earn a roster spot on one of the club's two teams, the North American Hockey League team or the Western States Hockey League team.
The entire camp and the All-Star Game are free and open to the public at Selland Arena (parking excluded on Saturday, August 7th).
The All-Star game teams will be the best 50 players at camp competing for a spot on the team's Tier II NAHL team.
"With our move to the North American Hockey League this off-season, we have drawn attention from hockey players worldwide," states General Manager and Head Coach for the Fresno Monsters NAHL team.
"We are very excited to see some top caliper players at camp next week."

The Fresno Monsters' home opener is on Friday, October 22nd at 7:35pm against the Wenatchee Wild.
