Ferncroft Country Club Goes Green

The Ferncroft Country Club, home of the Joan Norton Stadium, is the first country club in the United States to kick off a zero food waste initiative.
Utilizing a Japanese fermentation process called Bokashi, the FCC will reduce the time required to compost food scraps by half, as compared to traditional methods.
The fertilizer created will then be used in the FCC's new organic and vegetable garden!
