Minot, ND - February 8, 2007 - The Continental Basketball Association has announced several schedule changes due to the loss of the Utah Eagles team. The following changes have been made to the Minot Skyrockets home schedule:
February 14th vs. Albany Patroons - postponed (date to be determined)
March 9th vs. Utah Eagles - cancelled (Utah forfeits)
March 10th vs. Utah Eagles - game will be played as scheduled, opponent will be Butte Daredevils
The reschedule date for the February 14th game will be set by the league office in the coming week. All tickets for the game will be honored on the new date.
Tickets for the March 9th game can be redeemed in for a play-off game ticket. Please call the Skyrockets office at 839-SLAM for more information.
"These changes were necessary in order to allow the best level of competition by teams. We apologize for any inconvenience to the fans, and our office will do everything in their power to ensure that fans are satisfied with the remainder of the season," said Kim Mueller, General Manager of the Minot Skyrockets.
