FC Tulsa Offering Groundbreaking Fan Rewards Through Partnership with Award Pool
October 19, 2021 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
FC Tulsa News Release
TULSA - FC Tulsa is partnering with Award Pool, a fan amazement and rewards platform to launch FC Tulsa Fan Rewards, a point-based reward system, just in time for Wednesday's match at ONEOK Field. From player-signed jerseys to VISA gift cards and even FC Tulsa exclusive NFTs, the most engaged fans will have the opportunity to win prizes based on points accumulated throughout the final two weeks of FC Tulsa's 2021 regular season.
"We are always exploring ways to reward our most engaged fans," said FC Tulsa president James Cannon. "With two weeks left in the 2021 regular season, we felt like this was the perfect time to trial a new Fan Rewards experience. Our goal is to have this be a fantastic user-friendly and user-driven digital game that encourages our fans to continue to learn and grow in their fandom of FC Tulsa. Obviously, having some great prizes for our winners helps too."
Starting today, FC Tulsa will run a sweepstakes throughout the month of October, full of challenges, ranging from following the club handles on social media to visiting specific pages on the team's website, for fans to compete to earn points. The Top 20 point-earners at the end of the October will win a player-signed 2021 FC Tulsa jersey.
Then there will be separate matchday-specific challenges to earn points during FC Tulsa's remaining matchdays, beginning with Wednesday's home match at ONEOK Field against Atlanta United 2. On matchdays one lucky winner who participates will receive a $250 VISA gift card for their participation in the challenges.
"We are thrilled to help the FC Tulsa franchise attract and engage new fans and followers by gamifying the fan experience," said Reuven Cohen, Founder and CEO of Award Pool. "We are excited to be part of the action and partner with such a forward-thinking team."
All points earned completing challenges will be able to be redeemed for exclusive FC Tulsa NFTs featuring highlights, matchups and more.
The October challenges are open now at www.fctulsa.com/fanrewards as fans can begin accruing points towards a signed jersey.
Tickets for FC Tulsa's match against Atlanta United 2 on Wednesday are available here, starting at just $10 if purchased in advance of matchday.
