Tampa Bay Rowdies News Release
FC Tampa Bay will be auctioning off the game-worn players' jerseys on Friday, October1, at the game against Crystal Palace Baltimore.
Fans can begin to bid on their favorite Rowdies' jersey as soon as the gates open at 6 p.m. The bidding closes at the 60th minute and winners will be announced and brought to the field where they will meet the player and get their jersey.
Bidding starts at $90. Or for $250, fans can buy any jersey immediately without having to bid.

FC Tampa Bay fans....for one night only, FC Tampa Bay merchandise will be on sale at the final home game on Friday, October 1, at George M. Steinbrenner Field.

FC Tampa Bay Rowdies Close Out 2010 Season On October 1st
Celebrating "Lotto Title Night" & "Fan Appreciation Night"
The Rowdies round out their season on Friday, October 1, when they take on Crystal Palace Baltimore at 7:30 p.m. at Steinbrenner Field during "Lotto Title Night."
On Friday night, FC Tampa Bay will honor former Tampa Bay Rowdies player and Tampa Bay Mutiny head coach Perry Van Der Beck by retiring his number 12 jersey. Van Der Beck, the current executive vice president, technical director and director of player development for FC Tampa Bay, wore jersey number 12 as a midfielder for the Tampa Bay Rowdies and no FC Tampa Bay player will be permitted to wear that number from now on.
Friday night is also "Fan Appreciation Night" where fans will be receiving a raffle ticket attached to their roster card that qualifies them for items being raffled off by the Rowdies. Items being raffled off throughout the night include a team-signed ball, a team-signed scarf, a one-night stay at Mainsail Suites, a round of golf at Saddlebrook Resort and a TV.
The first 1,500 kids 14 and under will also receive limited edition Rowdies Silly Bandz when they walk through the gate.
