EDMONTON, AB (January 20, 2015) - FC Edmonton fans can now fill in the rest of their calendars. The North American Soccer League (NASL) announced today the remainder of 2015 schedule, which will kick off the weekend of Saturday, July 4.

FC Edmonton will play a 20-game Fall Season schedule, playing each opponent once at home and once away. The majority of FC Edmonton's home matches will be played out of Clarke Field in Edmonton, Alberta.

"Overall I'm really pleased with the schedule this year," said FC Edmonton head coach Colin Miller. "We've got a bye week at the end of the season that will be an excellent time for us to recharge our batteries before the playoffs. The midweek games will be good for the club to not only save on travel but also a way for us to get a lot of points over a short period of time."

FC Edmonton will have two mid-week matches in the Fall Season. The first of which will take place on Wednesday, July 15 against San Antonio Scorpions at Toyota Field in Texas, and the second will take place in Edmonton on Wednesday, August 5 against Indy Eleven.

The Eddies will bookend their 2015 regular season on Sunday, October 25 at Clarke Field against Jacksonville Armada FC. The following week will be a bye week for the Eddies as the rest of the NASL wraps up their seasons.

The league will operate under the exact same competition format as last year, with the Spring Season Champion and Fall Season Champion accounting for the top two seeds in The Championship, the league's four-team postseason tournament. For the teams that did not capture either the Spring or Fall title, the remaining two postseason spots will go to the sides that accumulated the most combined points over the course of the Spring and Fall Seasons.

FC Edmonton will also be hosting two regular season matches in the Fall Season in Fort McMurray to accommodate the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup - those matches will be announced at a later date.
