
FC Dallas Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Night and Supports Kick Childhood Cancer on Saturday

Frisco, TX - FC Dallas hosts Western Conference-leading LAFC on Saturday at Toyota Stadium in a match presented by Toyota. It's a special one as FC Dallas kicks off its Kick Childhood Cancer initiatives and hosts Hispanic Heritage Night.
Hispanic Heritage Night
Saturday's match marks FC Dallas' celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month which is September 15-October 15. Peruvian dance group Club Libertad Dallas Fort Worth and Mariachi Rosas Divinas, who will also sing the national anthem, will deliver performances prior to the kickoff. Las Estrellas de Tejas Ballet Folklorico will perform before the match and at halftime.
FC Dallas will also give away a limited number of Hispanic Heritage Month-themed T-shirts to guests upon entry to the match. Dallas artist D R I G O, who designed the shirt, was inspired by the Latino culture, icons, topography and animals from the Latin American countries represented on the FC Dallas roster.
Kick Childhood Cancer
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month which Major League Soccer and FC Dallas recognize with Kick Childhood Cancer initiatives. FC Dallas will wear Kick Childhood Cancer pre-match training tops. Players will also wear gold ribbon patches on their jerseys while the match balls, nets and corner flags will be gold in honor of Kick Childhood Cancer throughout September.
FC Dallas' Kick Childhood Cancer auction will launch approximately one hour prior to kickoff and feature a Kick Childhood Cancer training top signed by the entire team, a match ball, a Jesús Ferreira-autographed "Brynn" captain's armband as well as 20 autographed Kick Childhood Cancer training tops from each of the rostered players from the LAFC match.

All proceeds from the auction benefit the Little Warrior Foundation whose mission is find a cure for Ewing's Sarcoma. FC Dallas will make the donation in honor of FC Dallas fan and honorary teammate Brynn Moore who lost her battle with Ewing's Sarcoma at the age of 13 in July.
FC Dallas Unified Team vs My Possibilities Unified Team
Immediately following Saturday's match against LAFC, FC Dallas' Special Olympics Unified team supported by Globe Life, Gallagher and Toyota, plays its third match of 2022 against the My Possibilities Unified team. This unique program provides training, competitions and social experiences for individuals with and without cognitive disabilities to create a unified soccer experience. Members of the FC Dallas Unified team will light the shield prior to FC Dallas' match against LAFC.
September 24: FC Dallas vs Tigres presented by MoneyGram
FC Dallas hosts Liga MX powerhouse Tigres UANL on Saturday, September 24 in a friendly presented by MoneyGram. The matchup will be the ninth meeting between the two sides. Dallas is 3-5-0 against the seven-time Liga MX champions.
