CINCINNATI - FC Cincinnati will be back on the road for their season finale on MLS Decision Day against D.C. United at Audi Field on Sunday, Oct. 6. First kick is set for 4 p.m. and the game will be televised live on WSTR 64, streamed on FloFC (in-region) and ESPN+ (out-of-region), carried on the radio on WDJO with an audio stream on TuneIn (WDJO) and fccincinnati.com.

FC Cincinnati (6-22-5, 23 pts.) enter the week after playing the Orlando City SC to a 1-1 draw at Nippert Stadium on Sunday evening. Allan Cruz scored his team-leading seventh goal as the Orange and Blue earned at least a point for the third time in their last four matches.

D.C. United (13-10-10, 49 pts.) open the final week of MLS regular-season play following a scoreless draw at the New York Red Bulls at Red Bull Arena on Sunday. The Black and Red can clinch homefield advantage for the first round of the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs with a win against FC Cincinnati.

Sunday's matchup will be the second all-time meeting between the two sides. Cincinnati fell to D.C. United, 4-1, at Nippert Stadium on July 18. Emmanuel Ledesma tallied from the penalty spot to bring the Orange and Blue level in the second half.

FCC Earn Point in Second Consecutive Match

FC Cincinnati played to a second consecutive draw when the Orange and Blue finished level with Orlando City SC, 1-1 on Sept. 29 ... the draw marked the first time FCC had recorded points in consecutive matches since they defeated the Houston Dynamo, 3-2, and the Chicago Fire, 2-1, on July 6 and July 13, respectively ... additionally, it marked the first time this season FC Cincinnati have recorded draws in two consecutive matches.

Orange and Blue Finish 2019 Home Slate

FCC played their 17th and final home match of the 2019 MLS regular season against Orlando City SC on Sept. 29 ... the Orange and Blue concluded the home slate with a 3-11-3 record ... Allan Cruz led all FC Cincinnati players with five goals scored at Nippert Stadium this season.

FC Cincinnati Set New Single-Season Attendance Record

The Orange and Blue set a new single-season attendance record by welcoming 464,720 fans to Nippert Stadium for an average of 27,336 fans per match - third most among all MLS clubs in both total and average attendance ... those numbers break the Orange and Blue's previous club attendance records of 437,197 fans (25,717 fans per match) set in 2018 during the club's final USL season.

Cruz Leads FCC Golden Boot Race

Allan Cruz moved into the club's goal-scoring lead with his 40th-minute tally against Orlando City SC on Sept. 29 ... he now has seven goals this season, pushing past Emmanuel Ledesma (6) ... the two came into the game tied with six goals apiece.

Five and Five for Forty-Five

Midfielder Emmanuel Ledesma became FC Cincinnati's first player to score at least five goals and add at least five assists in a single MLS season ... Ledesma recorded the primary assist - his fifth of the season - on Allan Cruz's 40th-minute tally against Orlando City SC on Sept. 29 ... the midfielder scored his fifth goal of the season at FC Dallas on Aug. 31.

Gyau Adds First FCC and MLS Assist

Midfielder Joseph-Claude Gyau registered the secondary assist on Allan Cruz's 40th-minute goal against Orlando City SC on Sept. 29 ... the assist was Gyau's first as an FC Cincinnati player ... the winger completed 41-of-45 passes for a 91.1% passing accuracy and created two chances.

Cruz to Miss Match at D.C. United

Allan Cruz will be unavailable for selection in FC Cincinnati's season finale at D.C. United on Sunday ... the midfielder received a yellow card against Orlando City SC during first-half stoppage time and will now serve a one-match suspension for yellow-card accumulation ... the one-game suspension will be the Costa Rican's first of 2019.
