CINCINNATI - FC Cincinnati return home for a match against the Houston Dynamo on Saturday, July 6. The match will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET at Nippert Stadium. The match will be televised locally on WSTR Star64, streamed regionally on FloFC, out of market on ESPN+ and carried on the radio on WDJO, while an audio stream will be available on the TuneIn app and fccincinnati.com.

FC Cincinnati (3-13-2, 11 pts.) enter the week after falling 7-1 to Minnesota United FC at Allianz Field on Saturday afternoon. Emmanuel Ledesma scored his first MLS goal, while Tommy McCabe made his MLS debut for the Orange and Blue.

The Houston Dynamo (7-6-3, 24 pts.) will come to Nippert Stadium following a mid-week match against the New York Red Bulls on July 3. This past Saturday, the Dynamo fell to the New England Revolution, 2-1, at Gillette Stadium. After posting a 7-2-2 record through their first 11 MLS matches, the Dynamo are currently winless in their last five MLS contests.

Saturday's match will be the first-ever meeting between the two sides and will feature the third-to-last Western Conference opponent for FC Cincinnati for the 2019 MLS regular season. FC Cincinnati will host Vancouver Whitecaps FC (Aug. 3) and travel to play FC Dallas (Aug. 31) to round out their matches against Western Conference opposition.

Tommy McCabe made his MLS debut for the Orange and Blue when he replaced Eric Alexander at the start of the second half at Minnesota United FC on June 29 ... the midfielder completed 24-of-26 passes for a 92.3% passing accuracy ... McCabe became FCC's third 2019 MLS SuperDraft selection to appear in an MLS match this season alongside Frankie Amaya and Rashawn Dally

Ledesma Scores First MLS Goal

Emmanuel Ledesma recorded his first-ever MLS goal when he scored off a left-footed effort in the 56th minute at Minnesota United FC on June 29 ... the FCC midfielder became FC Cincinnati's 10th goal scorer of the season ... Ledesma's goal snapped FC Cincinnati's 159-minute scoreless streak in MLS play ... the Orange and Blue's last goal prior to Saturday's match was an own goal scored by New York City FC's Sebastien Ibeagha in the 76th minute on June 6 ... the goal was FC Cincinnati's first scored by an FCC player in 253 minutes, when Kekuta Manneh tallied against the Colorado Rapids in the 72nd minute on June 1

FCC Have Best Passing Performance of Season

FC Cincinnati completed 537-of-599 passes at Minnesota United FC for a season-high 89.7% passing accuracy ... the performance was fifth-best among all MLS clubs this season ... eight FC Cincinnati players had a passing accuracy of 90% or higher in the match ... by completing 32-of-32 passes, Mathieu Deplagne became FC Cincinnati's first player to play more than half of a match and finish with a perfect passing accuracy ... the Orange and Blue have now posted a passing accuracy of 80% or better in six matches this season ... additionally, FCC's three best passing performances have come in the club's last four matches: June 1 at Colorado (84.2%), June 22 against LA (84.3%) and June 29 at Minnesota (89.7%)

Manneh Joins Multi-Goal, Multi-Assist List

Kekuta Manneh recorded his second assist of the season on Emmanuel Ledesma's goal at Minnesota United FC ... the midfielder became FCC's second player to record multiple goals and assists this season ... Darren Mattocks has also recorded two goals and two assists for the Orange and Blue

Cruz, Waston to Return to FCC

FC Cincinnati will receive a much-needed boost in available personnel with the returns of Allan Cruz and Kendall Waston from international duty ... Costa Rica played Mexico to a 1-1 draw through 120 minutes in the Gold Cup quarterfinal round, however Mexico advanced 5-4 on penalties ... Cruz started all four of Costa Rica's matches and recorded 390 minutes played ... he scored a goal and added an assist in the Ticos' 4-0 win over Nicaragua in the group stage ... Waston made three starts and logged 300 minutes of match action

Mattocks Tallies Game-Winner for Reggae Boyz

FC Cincinnati's Darren Mattocks provided the game-winning goal for Jamaica in their Gold Cup quarterfinal victory against Panama on June 30 ... after Mattocks was fouled in the penalty area in the 73rd minute, the forward stepped up to the spot, forced Panama goalkeeper Luis Mejia to dive the wrong way and gave Jamaica the lone tally of the contest ... the goal was Mattocks' 18th career goal for the Reggae Boyz - most among active Jamaican internationals
