The NLL announced that the League will cancel the remainder of the 2019-20 regular season

 What is the latest news on the NLL season?

The NLL has canceled the remaining regular season games for the 2019-20 season. The league is still exploring options for a postseason.

What happens to my tickets?

Your tickets for the remaining regular season games are no longer valid but we have automatically credited your account with the value of the canceled games. Season Ticket Holders will have that value credited towards next year's package and individual game buyers will have a credit they can use towards a future game.

I have a ticket to a canceled game, how do I get a refund?

If you purchased your ticket through Bandits.com, Tickets.com, or the KeyBank Center box office, you can request a refund through this link.

How do I get a refund if I bought from Stubhub or another reseller?

All refunds will be handled at the point of purchase. If you bought from Stubhub or another reseller you will need to follow their refund process.

I am having a hard time getting a refund from another reseller. Can you just refund me?

Unfortunately, no. We are only able to refund on tickets purchased from Bandits.com, Tickets.com, or the KeyBank Center box office. If you purchased from a reseller you need to contact them to receive a refund.
