
Fans Invited to Welcome Petes at Peterborough Airport at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday

(Kamloops, BC) - The Peterborough Petes announced today that they have invited fans and community members to meet them at the Peterborough Airport as they arrive home from the Memorial Cup presented by Kia. The team is expected to arrive just before 4:00 p.m. EDT at Peterborough Airport.
Fans are invited to park in the main terminal at the Peterborough Airport (590A Skyway Dr, Peterborough, ON K9J 0E7) and enter the terminal building to welcome the team home. The team is returning from Kamloops, BC where they finished third in the 2023 Memorial Cup, the team's highest finish since 1996, following an historic Ontario Hockey League Championship run.
Petes President Dave Pogue wrote a letter to Peterborough, thanking the community for a season. The letter can be seen here.
Petes Memorial Cup 50/50 tickets are on sale now. A minimum $5,000 jackpot will be taken home. The draw will take place after the Memorial Cup Final on Sunday June, 4. Fans can purchase tickets.
