Port Huron Fighting Falcons News Release
The Port Huron Fighting Falcons, proud members of the North American Hockey League have made a couple of transactions over the past week.
The Fighting Falcons have added a fourth Division 1 commitment, Kyle Plageman, from the Amarillo Bulls for Future Considerations. Plageman is committed to Army after spending the past couple of season at Culver Military Academy where in his last year he posted 12 goals and 34 assists in 39 games.
Coach Gershon on bringing in Plageman, " Having had the opportunity to talk with Army in regards to some of our players I know how import character is to them and we think that Kyle is going to come in and be a great locker room guy as well as adding to our already deep forward group. This just makes our guys have to battle even harder to stay in the lineup."
The Falcons have also traded Cole Pierce to the Kalamazoo Jr. Wings for future considerations late last week.
Port Huron is back home in this weekend to take on the Jamestown Ironmen, November 16th and 17th. This Saturday is our annual Reverse Christmas game, where anyone who brings a new or used toy will receive a ticket for only $5. All toys will go to local churches to help families and children enjoy the holidays. Both game times are at 7 PM.
