Falcons Sign Forward Chaz Johnson to PTO

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that forward Chaz Johnson has been signed to a Professional Tryout Agreement.

The 6-foot-1, 205-pound native of Montreal, Quebec attended Falcons' training camp this year after splitting the 2010-11 campaign between the ECHL's Ontario Reign and AHL's Manchester Monarchs. Johnson reached the 20-goal plateau last year in Ontario collecting 22 goals, 14 assists and 127 penalty minutes in 61 games.

Has played in 76 career AHL games seeing time with Milwaukee, Rochester, Hershey, Binghamton, and Manchester.
