Sioux City Musketeers News Release
Plans are underway to kick off our second decade of Face Off for Charity. In our 11th year we have some new, exciting changes to our favorite charitable event, which benefits Boys & Girls Home and Family Services, Inc.
Fabulous, Must Have Items!
Fundamentally the event will be the same, beginning with two live auctions at Applebee's on Hamilton on Thursday the 26th. Silent auctions will be held at the Tyson Events Center during the Musketeers games on the 27th and 28th. Items to bid on will range from amazing trip packages to terrific sports memorabilia.
Musketeers as Waiters!
Our long-established tradition of Musketeers players as your waiters for the evening will also remain. (We'd be crazy to change that!)
The Hottest Ticket in Town!
Something new this year will be tickets for the event. We will be selling tickets to each of the Applebee's seatings. Ticket prices are $20 for adults and $10 for children 12 & under. A portion of your purchase will be tax deductable and you will receive a receipt. Tickets will include:
- Admission to your choice of seatings @ Applebee's (5:30 pm or 8:00 pm)
- A tasty meal from the new & improved menu. Choose from House Sirloin, Grilled Salmon, Oriental Chicken Salad or Pasta Alfredo
- A soft drink (pop, coffee or tea)
- A 2009 Face Off for Charity commemorative autographed puck
How to Get Tickets
Face Off for Charity tickets may be purchased at the Musketeers office during regular business hours or at Musketeers games preceding the event. Tickets may be paid by cash, check or credit card. There are approximately 200 tickets available to each seating.
