
Extreme looks to end Billings win streak

The Bloomington Extreme looks to get back on the winning track and snap Billings eight-game winning streak Saturday when it faces the Outlaws at 8:05 p.m. at U.S. Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington.
The Extreme, which has a 6-7 record, needs a victory in one of its two final regular season games to earn its first-ever berth in the United Indoor Football League playoffs.
Bloomington finishes the regular season next week (July 14) at Evansville in a 7:05 p.m. contest at Roberts Stadium. The Extreme leads the BlueCats by one game in the battle for the fourth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
Billings, which started its inaugural season with four straight losses, has an 8-4 record. The Outlaws are in second place in the Western Conference and have clinched a berth in the playoffs. They trail undefeated Sioux Falls (13-0) in the Western standings.
