Pelletier's week started off with a 35 save performance in Evansville's "ËKid's Day Game' on Wednesday, a 5-2 IceMen victory. He then made 33 saves in a 3-0 shutout win at home over the Fort Wayne Komets.
On the season, Pelletier is 13-9-2 with a 2.60 goals against average and a .923 save percentage. The 6-2, 194-pound goalie started the season on a tear going 8-4-1 through December 11 allowing just 30 goals over that stretch. He then spent time on the injured reserve and went two months without a victory going 0-5-1 between December 11 and February 11 when his recent win streak began.
