----- Tonight, the SeaWolves continue a seven-game road trip as they open a four-game series with the Binghamton Mets (New York Mets) at NYSEG Stadium. Yesterday afternoon, the SeaWolves dropped the series finale to the Altoona Curve 3-1. Erie was limited to a season-low five hits in the game and the club's record in day games dropped to 2-5...Right-hander Warwick Saupold makes his fifth start and first against the Mets. Saupold earned his first Double-A win in his last start against Bowie on April 22. In the game, he allowed three runs on five hits with five walks and three strikeouts in five innings of work. Erie won the game 6-4 and improved to 3-1 in games started by Saupold...RHP Erik Goeddel takes the mound for the Mets making his fifth start and second against the SeaWolves. Goeddel beat Erie on April 8 at Jerry Uht Park allowing two runs on eight hits with no walks and five strikeouts in six innings. He took a no-decision in his last start against Portland on April 24. In the game, Goeddel allowed three runs on six hits with two walks and three strikeouts in a season-low four innings pitched.
