
Energy FC Hosts Exhibition Game Saturday in Norman

OKLAHOMA CITY - OKC Energy FC hosts the Springfield Demize of the USL PDL in an exhibition match on Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Gillis-Rother Soccer Complex, Field 10, 1001 East Robinson Street in Norman. Admission to the match is free and is in partnership with the Norman Classic Cup, being held at the complex.
"This game is part of our efforts to take professional soccer on the road across Oklahoma and expose more players to the Energy FC brand," said Energy FC General Manager Jason Hawkins. " We want to continue to grow the passion for the sport."
The Energy FC roster for the exhibition includes current players, like Gareth Evans and Peabo Doue, as well as guest players from the Fluminense Football Club, based out of Laranjeiras, Brazil, a neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, Club Bolivar, based out of La Paz, Bolivia, and various programs across the United States.
