Delete Jonathan Lehun, F placed on the 3-day IR

Phoenix: Add Dave McKee, G traded from Augusta

Stockton: Add Pat Bateman, F activated off IR
Delete Geoff Paukovich, F placed on the 3-day IR

Trenton: Add John Zdunkiewicz, G emergency backup goaltender
