
Eagles Continue on the Road against Warriors

Soo Eagles make the trek down I-75 yet again this weekend, for a pair of key North Division games, against the Michigan Warriors.
The Eagles, who are 12-4-3 in their last 20 games, will travel to Flint, to take on the Warriors, this Friday and Saturday nights at 7:00 p.m.

The Eagles currently sit in fourth place in the North Division (20-17-7) with 47 points. Michigan is 21-12-8 with 50 points and in second place. The Warriors have played three less games than the Eagles, and are five points behind first place Port Huron (24-11-7).
The Eagles are led in scoring by Mike Sabatini, who has 12 goals and 16 assists this season. Sandis Zolmanis has 7 goals and 13 assists, while Ryan Urso is (4-15- 19). The Warriors are led in scoring by Zack Szajner, who has tallied 10 goals and 19 assists this season. Colin Larkin has 16 goals and 12 assists, and John Farkas is (8-16- 24).
Soo Eagles goaltender Landon Trutt is 5-2-0-2 this season, with a goals against average of 2.64 and a save percentage of .919. Nathan Klebe is 6-1-0-0 on the campaign, with a GAA of 2.40 and a SV% of .927.
Trevor Gorsuch is 11-5-1-4 in net for Michigan, with a goals against average of 2.41 and a save percentage of .919. Robbie Beydoun is 3-0-0-0 with a GAA of 1.00 and a SV% of .960.
These teams have met eight times this season, with the Eagles winning four of those contests. These teams will meet for a pair of games at Pullar Stadium, March 7-8.
