After finishing the year with Bloomington in 2014-15, the 6-foot, 189 pound forward has enjoyed his first full season in the league.

The USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game is in its third year of existence. Since its inception, 46 players from the showcase have gone on to be selected in the NHL Draft. Thunder defenseman Wyatt Kalynuk (Western Michigan University) competed in the 2015 Top Prospects game for Team West while playing for the Lincoln Stars. Kalynuk took home an assist in the game on the final goal by Chris Wilkie (University of North Dakota, Florida Panthers).

In the 2015 Top Prospects Game, the Team West MVP Jakob Forsbacka-Karlsson (Boston University, Boston Bruins) was also an import player and was later selected by the Boston Bruins in the second round of the NHL Draft. Forsbacka-Karlsson was also taken in the KHL draft during the 2013 season in the fourth round. This offseason, Dzhioshvili was also a KHL draft pick, selected in the first round pick of the Russian equivalent to the NHL.

NEXT HOME GAME: Friday, January 15th - 7 p.m. - It's the annual Military Appreciation game as the Thunder host the Des Moines Buccaneers.
