
Ducks fall to Wolves in Game One of West Division finals

ROSEMONT, IL - Karl Stewart scored two goals and Lonny Bohonos had a goal and assist to help the Chicago Wolves to a 5-2 victory over the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks in Game One of the West Division finals Wednesday at Allstate Arena.
Derek MacKenzie and Tommi Santala also scored for Chicago, which has won 15 of its last 19 home games since February 9.
Kari Lehtonen finished with 27 saves and had an assist on Bohonos' goal in the third period for the Wolves, who improved to 11-3 in the first game of a playoff series that begins at home.
Pierre Parenteau and Ryan Getzlaf scored in the third period for Cincinnati, which has lost four of its five road playoff games.
Ilya Bryzgalov surrendered three goals on eight shots before being pulled in favor of Frederic Cassivi in the second period and took the loss.
The Ducks and Wolves play Game Two of the series Saturday at 8 p.m.
