Moline, IL-The Quad City Mallards announced today that the team is hosting a summer edition of Duck Talk on Monday, August 22nd at The Lodge. The program will also air on Fox Sports Radio (WFXN) AM 1230. New Mallards Coach and General Manager Brian Curran, Team President Paul O'Dacre and Senior Vice President Tim Taylor will join Mallards Broadcaster Aaron Roof beginning at 7 p.m.
The first-ever off-season Duck Talk is an opportunity for fans to meet the Mallards RELOADED front office and coaching staff. Fans are encouraged to e-mail any questions they have to aroof@qcmallards.com. Selected questions will be answered live on the air the night of the show. Fans in attendance at The Lodge will also have the opportunity to have their questions answered.
Mallards season tickets are on sale now. Fans that purchase tickets by September 16th will have their season ticket price locked in for as long as they continue to renew their season seat. Call the Mallards ticket office at (309) 764-7825 to get your season ticket for the Mallards RELOADED season.
The Mallards open the 2005-06 season on Friday, October 21st in Flint vs. the Generals. The 11th home opener in franchise history is slated for Saturday, October 22nd vs. the Motor City Mechanics. Keep checking qcmallards.com for updated news on all team events.
