Today's Game: The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) meet the Peoria Chiefs (affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals) in the last game of a three-game series. This is the final game against a West Division opponent in the first half for the Dragons. To date, they are 8-3 vs. the West Division.

Hendrik Clementina over his last nine games: 12 for 30 (.400) with five home runs, one triple, 13 RBI, and seven walks. Clementina is hitting .366 on the year with a .761 slugging percentage. He is tied for the MWL lead in home runs with seven and tied for fifth in RBI with 24 despite being three plate appearances short of qualifying for the batting lead. He would rank fourth in the league in batting average and first in slugging percentage (by 128 points).

John Sansone has a four-game hitting streak, batting .313 with one home run and 6 RBI.

Narciso Crook over his last six games: 8 for 25, .320, with two home runs, three doubles, and 9 RBI.

John Ghyzel is second in the MWL lead in saves with six. He has allowed runs in just one of his 12 appearances, posting a 1.50 ERA.

Cory Thompson has allowed earned runs in just one of his 14 relief appearances, posting a 1.56 ERA.

Ryan Nutof has allowed earned runs in just two of his 12 relief appearances, posting a 1.80 ERA.
