Here's a step-by-step guide on how to download and log in to the new app:

Download the new Ice Flyers Official App, powered by Pen Air Federal Credit Union.

a. For Apple Users: Search for Ice Flyers Official App in the iOS App Store or follow this

link to download the new app:

b. For Android Users: Your app should auto-update to the new version of the app at some

point today. If you have auto updates turned off, find the Pensacola Ice Flyers App in

the Google Play store and update the app. *Android users will not need to download a

new app, just update the current one.


1) Once downloaded/updated, click 'Login.'

2) Click 'Forgot Password?' and enter the email address you used to setup your

original account.

3) Open your email and find the 'reset password' email from FanMaker.

4) Follow the instructions to set up a new password for your profile.

5) Open the app again and click 'Login.'

6) Log in using your email and new password.

7) Your account will be auto logged in for any times you open the app in the future.

For a more complete breakdown on how the rewards for the Pensacola Ice Flyers will work now, please read below:

- Points will be automatically transferred to the new app if the same email address is used

from the previous app account.

- Points will be location based with fewer QR codes and promo codes.

- Fans will receive points for attending away games and other Ice Flyers' events (with

location enabled).

- Points can be redeemed outside of game times, with pick up instructions sent to you.


Now when fans participate in the First Goal Prediction contest, points will automatically load into your points cache without the need for a separate point transaction. The lucky fan who wins the contest will be emailed directly from the Ice Flyers.
