Doug Thennis has been named this week's CPL Retail Energy LAREDO BRONCOS player of the week after hitting .355 with 2 HR and 10 RBI's.
Doug's 4-4 performance last night clinch the award in a close race between him, Diaz and Santo Hernandez.
Santo Hernandez won the first week's award.
A player winning Player of the Week multiple times is taken into account when the season ending awards are announced such as MVP, Pitcher of the Year. etc.
There will be a brief award presentation prior to the game to Doug Thennis as with every player of the week that is announced on Sunday nights.
