So, as we wind down our USL PRO and W-League seasons, our Youth Academy is gearing up for another season. We are asking our friends and sponsors to help us as we continue to grow into 2014. In exchange for a discretionary donation to our Youth Scholarship Academy*, we will give the top three companies 25 tickets to two of the remaining three USL PRO matches (July 26, August 4 and August 17) and will enter everyone into a drawing for a FREE beer or wine tasting for up to 25 people prior to the August 17 match (or at a mutually agreeable date) at the Dublin Pub. Remember, donations are at your discretion. Just send an email to Koen Driessen at k.driessen@daytondutchlionsfc.com with your pledge prior to Friday, August 2 at 5 p.m. for your bid to considered for this offer. Winner will be announced at our game on Sunday, August 4!
* The foundation of our Premier Youth Academy is the highly successful and worldwide recognized Dutch Development Philosophy, ranked by FIFA in the highest category of quality. Dutch Lions FC will work with experienced Dutch coaches only to guarantee top player development on the technical and tactical level. The key objective is to develop young players as much as possible and have several players from the Dayton region become professional soccer players in our Men's or Women's Professional team and also Europe.
Each year, the Dutch Lions offer positions to talented youth players without the means to pay the full tuition opportunities to apply for the Scholarship Academy. Help us to fulfill a child's dream of becoming a professional soccer player.
