'Dogs open training camp Saturday

The Hamilton Bulldogs open their 11th annual training camp on Saturday, September 23 at the newly-renovated Dave Andreychuk Mountain Arena, located at 25 Hester Street on Hamilton Mountain.Training camp will run from Saturday, September 23rd, 2006 until Thursday, October 5th, 2006.All on-ice training camp sessions will be open to the public.

In addition, the Bulldogs will play four exhibition games prior to the regular season. The 'Dogs will open the pre-season on Wednesday, September 27th at 7:30 p.m., when they will travel to the Oshawa Civic Centre in Oshawa, Ontario, to take on the Toronto Marlies.Hamilton's second pre-season game will take place on Friday, September 29th at 7:30 p.m., when they will visit the Onondaga County War Memorial at Oncenter in Syracuse, New York, where they will combat the Crunch.The Bulldogs third pre-season contest is set for Saturday, September 30th at 4:00 p.m., when they will meet the Toronto Marlies at the Southwood Arena at the Woodstock Community Complex in Woodstock, Ontario.The 'Dogs fourth, and final pre-season match-up is scheduled for Sunday, October 1st at 4:00 p.m., when they will battle the Syracuse Crunch, at Niagara Falls Memorial Arena in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
