Dillas extend office hours for ticket sales

AMARILLO, TX - The Amarillo Dillas Baseball Club announced this morning that their front offices will be open this Saturday, June 13th from 9am - 12pm, so fans can purchase individual game tickets for the upcoming season.
Opening Day tickets are quickly approaching sell-out status with just a few hundred still available for purchase. In addition, fans can purchase tickets for any of the Dillas 44 home games including the fireworks show on Saturday, July 4th and The Famous Chicken on Tuesday, August 25th. Individual game tickets can be purchased for Field Level Box Seats, Club Level Seats, and General Admission at $6, $5, and $4 respectively.
"Even with all the uncertainty we (Dillas) have faced since late last year, we are right on track maybe even ahead of where were last year with tickets sales", Dillas General Manager Mark Lee said. "The fact that we are approaching sell-out numbers for opening day on Monday is just another example of why Amarillo has the best baseball fans in America".
The Dillas travel to San Angelo today for a four game series against the Colts to kick-off the 2009 United League season, before returning to Amarillo for their home opener against the Harlingen WhiteWings on Monday, June 15th. Single game tickets for Opening Day, July 4th Fireworks, The Famous Chicken and all regular season games can be purchased at the Dillas Front Offices located at 801 South Polk Street. The Amarillo Dillas Baseball Club is a charter member of United League Baseball, a Professional Independent League, with six teams playing in Texas. ULB teams are located in Amarillo, Coastal Bend, Edinburg, Harlingen, Laredo, and San Angelo.
