
Dill Receives Hockey-East Honors

This week, the Hockey East collegiate hockey conference announced their weekly awards.
Among those named was former Wings goaltender Henry Dill of the University of Massachusetts Minutemen. Dill is in his freshman season and got his first two collegiate starts over the weekend.
Friday night, the UMass Minutemen got a 3-2 win over Northeastern in Division I hockey. Dill stopped 42 of 44 shots for his first collegiate win. He was awarded the first star of the game. Then on Saturday night, Dill stopped 27 of 30 shots against the #6 ranked Boston College suffering a 4-1 loss, but still a good performance.
Dill played for the Aberdeen Wings during the 2013-2014 season going 20-7-1 with a 2.26 goals against average and 93% save percentage. Dill made his Division I commitment to UMass during the second half of the season. He is originally from Columbus, Ohio.
