Brewster, NY - The Bulldogs have been hot lately, going 3-1-1 in their last 5. They came in only 3 points behind 4th place Berlin, and Port Huron came in well into a playoff position, yet shorthanded, with only 12 skaters. Despite the odds, the Prowlers came up victorious by a wide margin, well in part due to a spectacular performance by The Pharaoh, Andy DiCristofaro.

The Bulldogs came out sluggish, perhaps underestimating the ability of Port Huron coming into the game, and feeling confident off the previous night's victory. The Prowlers used that advantage and took it to Brewster early, scoring 3 goals in the opening frame within 3:30 of playing time. Jason Pietrasiak would score his 4th of the season at the 5:38 mark from Justin Alonzo and Roger Tagoona. 50 seconds later, it was Justin Alonzo scoring his 25th of the season to make it 2-0, assisted by Ahmed Mahfouz and Lenny Pelletier. Just over 2 minutes later at the 8:45 mark, the Tagsmanian Devil, Roger Tagoona would add another goal, and Justin Alonzo would gain another assist. The goal was Tagoona's 18th of the season. This goal would chase James Robbins, and Jeromy Semtner would go between the pipes in his place from this point.

The Bulldogs had a much better 2nd period, outshooting and outpacing the Prowlers. However, they simply could not solve Andy DiCristofaro, and were scoreless again in the 2nd period, and not even their improved power play goal beat him. Jeromy Semtner, meanwhile, kept the Bulldogs in the game to his best ability, not allowing any goals in the 1st or 2nd periods.

In the 3rd period, time started becoming the enemy of the Bulldogs, and they still could not find a way to beat DiCristofaro. There were bounces that just barely missed the net, and wide open nets either saw misplayed shots that missed the net, or on the shots that would be able to go in, DiCristofaro would have an answer and a save for each attempt. The Prowlers had seen enough, and at 3:35, Jason Pietrasiak would score his 2nd goal of the game and 5th of the season, from Jared Hicks and Roger Tagoona. The Bulldogs were disheartened at this point and seemed to play conservatively the rest of the night. There would be a brief fight minutes later, between Ryan Devine and Sean Sullivan, lasting mere seconds and both would sit for most of the remainder of the game. The last 2 goals of the game were off setups that evaded the attention of not only the Brewster defence, but Semtner himself, seemed to be fooled. The first one, at 13:19, scored by Justin Alonzo, on a direct cross slot feed from Ahmed Mahfouz. It was Alonzo's 2nd of the game and 26th of the season. The 2nd goal was scored by Ahmed Mahfouz himself at the 15:36 mark, his 19th of the year from Dustin Skinner and Justin Alonzo. 6-0 would be the final score.

For Brewster, James Robbins stopped 8 of 11 shots, and Jeromy Semtner stopped 13 of 16 for the loss. For Port Huron, Justin Alonzo had 2 goals and 3 assists, Jason Pietrasiak had 2 goals, Ahmed Mahfouz and Roger Tagoona had a goal and 2 assists each, and Andy DiCristofaro stopped all 44 Brewster shots for the victory and his 2nd shutout of the season.
