Diamond Jaxx Homestand

Jackson, Tenn. (May 29, 2008) - The Diamond Jaxx, Double-A Affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, will return to Pringles Park on Saturday, May 31 to host the Tennessee Smokies in a five game homestand.

The homestand starts Saturday night where all fans 21 years of age and above will receive a free Sam's Town Slot Card on the entry. Fans will also have the opportunity to win a special Dean Guitar compliments of PM Music. After the game, fans will receive a sample bottle of Vitamin Water compliments of Coca Cola and enjoy another spectacular fireworks show presented by Gerdau Ameristeel.

On Sunday, bring a church bulletin and receive free admission to the 1:05pm game and $1.00 ice cream cones. After the game, all season ticket holders are invited to take batting practice on the field with the pros.

For fans 21 and older, Monday, June 2 is Beer Bucket Monday. For $12, Diamond Jaxx fans can receive a bucket of four (4) 16-oz Budweiser beers.

Tuesday, June 3 is Two for Tuesday when all fans can purchase any regular hot dog, popcorn or ticket and get a second one free.

Wednesday, June 4 is a double header at Pringles Park when the Diamond Jaxx play at 12:05 p.m. against the Tennessee Smokies. Following the day game, local high school baseball players will play at 6 p.m. in the West Tennessee All-Star Classic. West Tennessee's most talented 2008 graduating senior baseball players will play each other in a battle for supremacy.
