
Detroit Pistons Recall Spencer Dinwiddie and Luigi Datome from Grand Rapids

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. - The Detroit Pistons announced today that the team has recalled guard Spencer Dinwiddie and forward Luigi Datome from the team's NBA Development League (D-League) affiliate, the Grand Rapids Drive.
Dinwiddie, drafted 38th overall in the 2014 NBA Draft, has appeared in seven games with the Drive, averaging 13.0 points, 5.4 assists and 3.4 rebounds in 29.8 minutes per game. In eight games for the Pistons this season, he is averaging 3.0 points and 12.4 minutes per game.
Datome, who signed with the Pistons as a free agent in 2013, has appeared in three games with the Drive, averaging 13.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 0.7 assists and 1.0 blocks in 25.3 minutes. In 35 career NBA games, he holds averages of 2.6 points, 1.3 rebounds, 0.3 assists and 0.2 steals in 7.1 minutes.
