Cavs Assign Joe Harris to NBA D-League's Canton Charge

The Cleveland Cavaliers today assigned Joe Harris to the Canton Charge, the team's NBA Development League affiliate.
The assignment is the 114th of the 2014-15 campaign and Harris is the 44th NBA player to be assigned to the NBA D-League this season.
