
Details of Z's Hard Knocks Hockey Camp Announced

Syracuse, NY (June 25, 2008) - Details of Z's Hard Knocks Hockey Camp were announced today. Z's Hard Knocks Hockey Camp is a summer hockey camp instructed by Crunch captain Zenon Konopka.
The camp will be split into three (3) age groups (6-9 yrs.), (10-13 yrs.), (14-18 yrs.) and will be held at the Cicero Family Sports Center from July 14-18.
The schedule for each age group is as follows:
6-9 Age Group:
On-ice training: 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Pick up: 12:00 p.m.
10-13 Age Group:
On-ice training: 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Off-ice training: 10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
Pick-up: 11:30 a.m.
14-18 Age Group:
Pre-skate meeting: 1:15 p.m.
On-ice training: 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Off-ice training: 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.
Pick up: 4:15 p.m.
The five-day camp will feature station-style instruction focused on skating, shooting, stickhandling, agility and goaltending skills, as well as off-ice training for ages 10-18.
Registration is $140 for the 6-9 age group and $160 for ages 10 and up. In addition, every player that signs up for the camp will receive a free jersey.
