November 10, 2004 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Maywood Buzz News Release
The Orange County Crush is excited to announce that former NBA great, Dennis Rodman, has signed a contract to play basketball with the team. Rodman should feel right at home playing with the "Crush," since Orange County is the neighborhood where he resides.
"Rodman is a great defensive player and he brings a multitude of basketball experience to the ABA," stated Head Coach Earl Cureton.
There will be an official press conference conducted on Tuesday, November 16, 2004, at 4:30 pm, at the Atrium Hotel in Irvine, California. Come out and meet Dennis Rodman and the entire Orange County Crush Basketball team.
Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
