Delaware Blue Coats Waive Five Players

CAMDEN - The Delaware Blue Coats, the NBA G League Affiliate of the Philadelphia 76ers, announced today that the team has waived Jordan Downing, Darin Johnson, Lenjo Kilo, Marcus Marshall and Kameron Rooks.

The Blue Coats' roster now consists of 12 players, including 76ers' two-way players Demetrius Jackson and Shake Milton.

The team begins the regular season on Saturday, Nov. 3 in Mississauga, Ontario Canada against Raptors 905. The home opener is Tuesday, Nov. 20 when the Blue Coats take on the Canton Charge at 7:00 p.m. at The Center (3601 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia). The first 10,000 fans at the gate for the home opener will receive a limited edition Joel Embiid bobblehead when doors open at 6:00 p.m.

The grand opening of 76ers Fieldhouse in Wilmington, Delaware is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 4 against the Grand Rapids Drive.
